Bookings are processed using ts.com’s flexible ticketing solutions. We will work with you to understand your requirements and use our experience supplying ticketing solutions to the travel industry to deliver the solution that will work for you.


Sales channels & agents

You can sell your tickets across multiple sales channels from one system: online from your website, by phone, through outlets, and allow your agents and partners to link directly into your system to sell on your behalf.


You keep control through the management interface and comprehensive reporting to easily track and measure sales.


Customer Convenience

From your website customers click on a link to purchase their tickets and are taken through a simple and secure online sales process selecting the tickets they require. Confirmation of the booking is emailed to them as soon as the purchase is confirmed.


Customers buying over the phone or in an outlet are taken through a similar sales process using the operator interface.


Membership & marketing offers

Marketing tools are fully integrated into the system enabling you to up-sell or cross-sell extra services as part of the sales process.


Build loyalty through customer registration and membership schemes, with customers signing up online or over the phone. Streamline future purchases as their details are stored in the system so you can offer preferential tickets or pricing to known customers.


Your customer data is yours and you can use the data you have collected to send email and SMS marketing messages directly from the system. Set up promotions to incentivise early booking or run special offers to select groups of customers. Track campaign success through the reporting functionality.


Ticket redemption & scanning

You can choose from a broad range of ticketing options from e-tickets to SMS tickets, print-at-home and traditional hard tickets that you send out by post. Offer extra convenience and last minute ticket purchases with downloadable Print-at-home tickets. Alternatively offer ticket delivery as a unique barcode direct to your customer’s mobile phone!


Use handheld barcode scanners to check the validity of print-at-home or mobile tickets.


Management control

Stay in full control of your ticket sales, inventory, pricing and marketing through the online Management Interface. Comprehensive reporting is available online in realtime or delivered automatically by email as required. Manage agents and partners sales effectively through simple online controls.
