How it works ts Parking

Booking

Customers pre-book their car parking direct through a link on your website or by phoning your call centre. Or you can allow agents to make bookings directly onto your system. Bookings can be taken right up to the last minute as the system works in real time.

Ticketing

Once payment is confirmed through the secure payment processing, the customer receives an email confirmation of the booking and can download their bar coded Print-at-home eticket. Improves your customer service and reduces your administration, as you don’t need to send out vouchers by post.

System Process

Bookings are processed through one of ts.com’s ticketing solutions ts Web or ts Advance. Then the ts Collector software transfers the booking information through its integration with your car park’s access control system.

On arrival

On arrival at the car park, the customer simply inserts the credit card they made the booking with at the ticket barrier to gain access the car park, saving them time and reducing queues. Alternatively they can scan the bar code on their Print-at-home ticket or just drive up using Automatic Number Plate recognition to open the barrier.

Overstays

Overstays are calculated and charged automatically by the system using credit card recognition as the customer exits through the barriers.

Reporting & control

Management reports are available through the online Management Interface giving you an up to date picture of your bookings any time you require, allowing you to manage your facility efficiently.

Marketing

Marketing tools are integrated into the system enabling you to up-sell or cross-sell extra services as part of the sales process. You own your customer data and can use data you have collected to send email and SMS marketing messages direct from the system. Promote advance booking by setting up promotions and incentivise early booking. Track campaign success through the reporting functionality.
