ts.com launches new automated pre-booking service with Zeag

Car park operators using Zeag access control equipment can now offer automated pre-booking to their customers following the development of an integrated service with the award-winning advance booking system ticketingsolutions. Customers will be able to pre-book their car parking space online or by phone through ticketingsolutions and use their credit card as an entry and exit pass to the car park, with their advance booking immediately recognised at the barrier by Zeag’s access control equipment.

The integrated ticketingsolutions system provides a complete ticketless parking service to car park operators, helping them to reduce costs and increase pre-sales. It also offers additional benefits for their customers, providing them with faster and more convenient parking pre-booking and cutting queues at car park entry and exit points.

A key advantage for car park operators is that they can access comprehensive reporting within ticketingsolutions on all sales channels (including consolidators and trade partners) for financial reconciliation and operations management. Other features of the system include email and SMS tools designed to help encourage repeat booking, target new customers and increase overall levels of pre-bookings.
