ts.com are proud to announce the launch of ts Marketing, their powerful new marketing toolset.
The toolset will enable event, sports, and arts organisations alike to move from simply selling tickets, to creating a lasting relationship with their existing audiences and helping to build and develop future audiences.
Audience and ticketing data captured through ts Venue or ts Web, fed directly into ts Marketing, is analysed quickly and clearly in one closed loop system. The valuable sales and marketing information can then be used for many marketing, planning, sponsorship and fundraising purposes.

In addition to many reporting and data analysis features within the toolset, ts Marketing has an integrated direct marketing module for creating and sending targeted campaigns via email, SMS, mail or phone. Campaign details are automatically added to customer accounts so that responses can be easily measured, managed and monitored.
Delivered through a secure web interface for easy access ts Marketing has a simple to use dashboard-style interface, and provides fast and easy access to graphical reporting.
