The latest developments from ts.com – Packages

We will shortly be releasing some exciting new enhancements to the ts.com ticketing system.  The main new feature will give you the ability to group together several items to sell as a package.

For example, this will allow you to easily sell a family ticket consisting of 2 adult and 2 child tickets, or offer two adult tickets for the price of one.  Another scenario might be if you want to sell a weekend bundle consisting of different types of tickets including entry tickets, car parking and camping.

All of this will make it simpler for your customers to buy their tickets and make it easy for you to see what is being purchased through improved reporting detailing the individual items purchased.

We are also improving the Batch print report to show the address fields giving you easier mail merge capability, and we have introduced the ability to have long promotion codes of up to 255 characters!
