Internal Sales

£17K base, £25K OTE

 

ts.com is a leading provider of online ticketing software. We are currently looking to recruit a professional telesales agent.  Experience of working with an external sales force together with an understanding of software solution sales and service sales into the SME market is essential. This role is a Business to Business sales role so applicants must be able to display the following competencies:

 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be organised - able to manage customer queries, identify opportunities and create sales        
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to influence a customers decision
  • Demonstrate polite persistence
  • Ability to sell a product with genuine enthusiasm


To succeed in this role you will need to be: determined, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, rewards-driven, articulate and well presented.


Your role will involve contacting prospective business and speaking to decision makers. Therefore candidates must also be able to communicate with people of all levels. Your challenge will be to get through the 'gatekeeper' in order to speak to the relevant decision maker.

The role is full-time and is for 3 months intitially, with a view to tranferring to a permanent contract.
