Where are my tickets?
Please check your booking confirmation email, which will show this information. Tickets are sent out direct by each individual event or venue. When you made your booking they will have given you an indication of when your tickets would be sent to you, usually this is within 4 weeks of the event. In certain situations it is not possible to send out ticket, for instance for a last minute booking. In this situation you may have been given the option to print your own tickets or to collect from the box office. If you have a specific question, please contact the event or venue direct. What happens if I’ve moved house before I receive the tickets?

What happens if I’ve lost my tickets?
Most tickets can be reissued but they may be left at the box office for collection by the cardholder upon presentation of the card that was used to pay for them. Please contact the event or venue direct to request replacement tickets. Their contact details are on your booking confirmation email.
I’ve deleted the email with my booking confirmation and Print-at-Home ticket details on it – what do I do?

Which payment cards do you accept?
Payment cards accepted vary between each event or venue, details are shown as part of the booking process, but most accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and many accept American Express and PayPal too.
How do I set up a PayPal account?
Go to the PayPal website which can be found at http://www.paypal.co.uk to find more information and to sign up for a PayPal account.
How do I know if my booking has been successful?
Once you have completed your booking and paid, you will receive on screen and email confirmation from our service – please take care to enter your email address carefully on the booking form.
Your email confirmation will show details of your order including: your booking reference, event, date, location, number of tickets and if applicable, the seat numbers. It will also include details of who to contact if you have a query or problem with your order so please do not delete it.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or ‘spam’. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact the event organiser or venue.
Where can I see the Terms and Conditions for sale of the tickets I bought?
Each event or venue is responsible for setting their own terms and conditions. If available they can be viewed as part of the booking process, after you had completed the booking form and before clicking ‘buy tickets now’. Where can I see your Terms and Conditions?
You are not using our terms and conditions when you buy tickets, only when you sell tickets. Each service has a different set of terms and conditions so please contact our support team if you would like to see another copy.
What is the company name that will appear on my credit card statement?
If you purchased tickets through a PayPal account, this the name that what will appear on your card statement along with the name of the ticket seller. If you booked direct with the event or venue it will be their name that appears on your credit card.
Do I need ID to collect my tickets at the Box Office?
Please contact the event or venue box office direct to check this information. You may need to show the credit or debit card that you used to make your purchase. Other than when you have Print-at-home tickets (which you should print and use as your ticket), we also recommend that you keep (and print) your email confirmation, which can be used as further proof of your purchase.
Can a third party collect my tickets from the box office?

Can I cancel or change my booking?

How can I find tickets for a specific event or venue?
Use the search facility. Type the name of an event or venue into the search box at the top of the page and click Search. You will see a list of everything on our database that matches your search words. You can browse for an event by clicking on the relevant category tab at the top of the page.
Can I purchase tickets by phone?
Tickets on this website are available online only. Tickets may be available for individual events or venues by phone, if they do offer this service their phone details are shown on their own web site and sometimes on their online booking pages. Please also check with the event or venue direct.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Tickets cannot be purchased online if you don’t have a credit card or, where offered as a payment option, a PayPal account. If you want to pay by cheque, cash or theatre vouchers please contact the event or venue direct.
How do I get a reference number?
Your booking reference is shown automatically at the end of the booking process. You will also receive a confirmation email that will include your booking reference number. Please keep your booking confirmation email safe as you will need this if you have any queries with your booking.
Why do I have to pay a booking fee?
The price of a ticket, the fees associated with the booking and delivery charges are set by the event or venue. To discuss individual booking charges please contact the event or venue direct. Their contact details are on your booking confirmation email.
What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
As soon as an event is officially cancelled the event or venue will contact you via the contact details you gave them when you booked your tickets.
